VectorStock respects your privacy and protects your personal information with strong security and transparent practices. This policy explains what data we collect, how it’s used, and your rights under laws like GDPR and CPRA. We use Paddle to securely process payments and never store full card details. How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Your account password is stored using an industry-standard, salted, one-way hashing algorithm. Passwords are never stored in plain text and cannot be retrieved; if you lose your password, you must reset it. When you log in, your details are transmitted over Transport Layer Security (TLS).

When you place an order, checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle (our payment processor and merchant of record). Your payment information is transmitted directly to Paddle over Transport Layer Security (TLS) and processed within their PCI-DSS compliant systems. VectorStock does not receive or store your full payment card details.

How to view, update or delete your stored information?

You have the ability to update or delete your personal information at any time in the account section. These controls allow you to edit your personal details. Payment methods are managed by Paddle and are not stored on VectorStock servers.

If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you can do this by visiting the Account link on the site and following the instructions. If you are unable to access your account, please contact us using form. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Your privacy rights

Subject to local law, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

  • Access – request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correction – update or correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion – ask us to delete your information (for example, by deleting your account).

Do we use cookies or similar tracking technology?

Cookies are small data files that are stored in your browser (if you allow) that capture and remember information.

We use cookies and other similar technology to save prefences such as your cart contents when logged in. We also track visitor events anonymously (clicks, purchases, downloads) to improve our image search and related services. No personally identifiable information is collected with these events.

We work with third-party service providers (subprocessors) for hosting, analytics, payments, and support. We require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For payments, we use Paddle as our payment processor and merchant of record; your payment details are handled by Paddle and not stored by VectorStock. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
