Approval times

Each vector upload and Artist application is checked individually by one of our graphic design gurus to make sure it meets the VectorStock® guidelines. Every image goes through this process, which can take a few days. The request is usually processed within the week.

Once you are an approved Artist our graphic design gurus check all your images before going live, files might remain pending for up to 5-7 days before they are checked - but most of the time they are activated within 48 hours.

If you are a new Artist and you have recently uploaded files, please be patient. Your image(s) are in the queue, and will be processed in turn. There’s no need to upload again, or send us an email. Our system will let you know if there is a problem with your upload. You can view your pending file in your portfolio.
