My file won't open...

If for some reason you can’t open a file you download, please make sure you unzip the archive first, then open the file in vector editing software, such as Adobe Illustrator. Your editing application must be able to open EPS version 16 files - older applications may not open the files correctly. Please check the release notes with your application to confirm it is compatible with Illustrator EPS version 16 files.

If the file contains Gradient Mesh shading you will need Adobe Illustrator to edit the Mesh correctly.
