How do I activate unused Credits that are missing?

If you’ve missed the rollover activation email, we can immediately activate any unused Credits via one of the following methods:

  1. Email support@vectorstock.com from the email address your VectorStock account uses. Include “MISSING CREDITS” in the subject line and send. One of our team will ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.
  2. You can ask our Virtual Assistant to renew your credits for you. Login to your account on our website then visit the Contact page and click on the Chatbot in the bottom-right corner. Ask it to renew your credits.
  3. Use the Contact form.
