What is an Exclusive buyout?

When you purchase a vector image under our Exclusive Buyout option, no one else can buy that same vector from that point on. This option represents a full ownership of the vector. We’ll remove the vector entirely from the VectorStock website once your purchase is complete.

The Contributor will permanently disable the artwork from all other places where they may sell it, as soon as possible after the sale, but no longer than 30 days. All variations very similar in concept, eg colour variations, and text variations that are essentially the same file, will be reviewed and removed from sale where appropriate.

Your exclusive rights apply from the date of the Exclusive Buyout. Neither VectorStock nor the artist can assume responsibility for prior uses, and your contract would not negate previously obtained royalty-free licenses for the vector.

The artist acknowledges and agrees to provide the buyer with full ownership for vector purchased under the Exclusive Purchase option and will be paid the Exclusive Buyout payment.
